Lead time on first sample?

Each project has its own lead time. However a new and non-complex structure, requires 3-4 weeks for the first sample.

What about Logistics?

With our company nature, we are right at center of logistics with many options to provide like partial / full Truck, maritime with storage options or direct to door delivery.

Besides standard packaging, we are open to fullfill your special packaging / tailormade requirements.

CNC Machining

For specific requirements, before or after machining the alu work-piece, we can add a protectice surface of coating (3-5 micron) by anodizing and protect the parts surface preventing corrosion during transportation.

Aluminium Welding

MIG uses a solid wire that is machine-fed to the weld area while TIG uses a non-consumable electrode and a hand-held filler rod to form the weld. These differences mean that MIG and TIG welding processes have their own advantages and disadvantages and preferred applications.

To accessories, standard lengths and even up to 14m lengths, we provide anodizing up to 25 micron thickness at wide range of colors like the most common natural silver, light bronze, brown and black, gold. As pre-finishing treatments we provide satinating, polishing, sandpaper finishing, steel wire brushing.
